We had a ton of...

Liked: The CNH is located in a great area. With lots of shopping options and restaurants which was a bonus of course. The hotel itself had activities for kids through out the day including meet and greets with some of the cartoon characters everyday. The pools were great, my little ones loved the splash pad and the small arcade. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The hotel had many amazing things but what I didn’t like was the lack of cleanliness. You can tell they cleaned a bit but the light fixtures next to the bed and the headboard was visibly dusty. The rugs felt yucky and the bathroom shower had some visible mold.

Liked: Loved the pool and the themed rooms. Loved the character breakfast. Loved that they had activities for the kids. The staff was great. They brought the extra towels quicker than my husband could walk back to the room. We will be back
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was a little lackluster. Seemed to be understaffed so could have been an off day. There were also a few dead bugs on the ceiling in the bathroom. I think they were gnats. The sheets were also rough textured

Liked: The staff were very nice and friendly.The location is perfect. It is very close of a lot restaurants and fun things to do around.
Disliked: The rooms smelled very moldy . There were a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom not sure where they were coming from.
