BED BUGS & ROACHES

Liked: Nothing..they have bed bugs and roaches and didn't do anything about it.
Disliked: They didn't do anything about their bed bug and roach issue.

Liked: The layout was cool. First level pool side was nice. Loved the outdoor pool and splash pad. Easy walk to the main lobby for food and entertainment. The arcade stays open and a great place for the night owls to play a little longer. The staff were super friendly. The vending machines were well stocked.
Disliked: Minor issue. Our room was a little musty as if the carpet had been wet. Our friends room didn’t smell like that. It wasn’t bad enough to switch especially since it was a powerful puff girls room

Nice getaway with the kids

Liked: The hotel has plenty for the kids without leaving the property. The staff was great with keeping the kids entertained.
Disliked: The room was good but I would've liked to see chairs and a table in the room. It was difficult to sit and be comfortable to wind down for the evening since we had only the beds for seating. Also I felt forced to eat out because of the lack of seating instead of ordering in.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful so cute cartoon room was on point I loved it my son enjoyed the colors .
Disliked: I didn’t like how the certain characters didn’t come didn’t see the movie night , & the concession stand by the pool was not open

Liked: I loved the location in Lancaster, beautiful. My son did enjoy the characters and the pool with the slide.
Disliked: The arcade didn't have alot of games to play for for fun, just mainly games to try to win something. The breakfast buffet was very small and they ran out of food, especially the only thing my son would eat they ran out of. The cleanliness wasn't great. There was a table in my room but one chair for the both of us.

Liked: The location and the array of activities that are included can keep children busy all day
Disliked: The children did not get to utilize the outdoor pool
