Family friendly theme hotel for...

Liked: This is my first experience at a theme hotel and it was delightful! Concept art, themed room decor, and character breakfasts made it extra fun. The kids loved it, and it was great value!

Disliked: Room was very damp for some reason...everything felt wet...phone didnt work...tv worked about half...rooms next door very loud couldnt sleep...people like kids knocking on doors and running away!!!

Book it , kids loved...

Liked: All of the staff were super friendly & the property had a lot of fun things to do for the kids.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say!

Liked: I have been trying to book this place for the past 3 years! And finally got it. I was happier than my kids!

Liked: We really enjoyed the pools and splash pad and all the different themed rooms. They made great iced coffee in the cafe. My boys had fun in the arcade.
Disliked: We found a few different bugs in our room. I think it could have been from the heat and humidity. The bunk bed tvs where not working.

Liked: I loved that it was family friendly with free activities for the little ones
Disliked: The restaurant was the only bad part. We had to wait an hour for appetizers and everything was cold. Spoke to manager who discounted bill but never went back as there are many more options to eat nearby. Restaurant ascetic was great aside from poor service of waitress and food quality. Cafe was awesome!
