Liked: The entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay nice.
Disliked: It’s proximity to the main highway. You could hear the traffic all night. We slept with earplugs but could occasionally still hear the traffic. It is really sad that the location is a problem because the staff and actual accommodations were really nice!

Liked: Love the amount fo amentities! Beautiful location and so convenient to Fredericksburg and Johnson City. Love that there is so much to do on site.
Disliked: A bit hard to get to the unit from parking lot, but not that big of a deal.

Liked: Beautiful room with a fireplace in the attached sitting room. The grounds are lovely to walk through. However the breakfast was prepackaged style breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and make it yourself waffles, I would’ve expected a better style of breakfast. The service is always polite and accommodating, they were able to get us in for an early check in.

Liked: size of the suite
Disliked: Filthy Shower; dead and dried out bug found under a pillow; asked for clean towels daily.....did not happen on last night there; went to registration to complain about dirty shower; promised to have cleaned and it was not done; no one contacted us to let us know that this could not be done. Bathroom floors were very dirty.....appeared not to have been vaccuumed in quite a while.

Liked: Didn’t eat breakfast. The location was very close to town! Facilities (room, amenities,etc.) were top notch. Staff were very attentive and professional.
Disliked: We were the only guests on the entire property overnight! We were told security was available, but it didn’t appear anyone was on the property (the evening clerk left after 7:00 pm). Was a cause of concern.
