Nice geographical location to everything...

Liked: Great location. Nice pool area
Disliked: My shower leaked into the room. I reserved 2 queen beds but were given 2 full siize. No microwave in the room. Went to the lobby for coffee on the first morning and it was available for self serve. Went to the lobby for coffee the second morning and was told free coffee service ended at 7am , staff ( girl with lots of nose piercing) behind the coffee counter was incredibly rude about me asking for coffee.Upon check out I was told I wouldn’t be earning rewards points for my stay.The girl said that I shouldn’t have booked 3rd party and should have called directly.As a Hilton rewards member, I was disappointed by this hotel stay.I paid a lot of money to have subpar service and subpar quality. Won’t stay here again

Disliked: Food overpriced, staff we checked in with took my email down wrong, gave wrong information, and was rushed before check out time and we were overcharged and didn’t receive the proper incidental back.

Exceptional

Close to Little Italy good,...

Liked: Location good, only restaurant available was freezing because open to the outside at ceiling level. Food choice limited, but what we had was decent. Rooms and service were great!
Disliked: One restaurant was closed and only one available was open at the ceiling level so was freezing cold…. Also, didn’t expect all the add on costs such as destination fee, $65 parking etc….

Liked: Excellent location and walking distance to Little Italy. The property has a rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this property again!
Disliked: Service at the rooftop bar can be a little slow. I believe this is a staffing issue.
