Overpriced for what you get....

Liked: Good breakfast with excellent service
Disliked: - The lobby was being refurbed during my stay (which I was not informed about prior to arrival)- persistent issues getting laundry done at this hotel (meaning I couldn’t use the gym on multiple days because of a Lack of clean workout clothes)- Cleanliness of the room and other areas of the hotel was hit or miss.

Liked: I loved the location, the pool was great, the gym was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Oh and the rooftop bar was amazing g as well
Disliked: I wish I had a better view from my room, but overall everything was great

Liked: The room was very confortable, spacious, the people in front desk specially Selina very kind and gentle.
Disliked: Nothing

It was ok - but...

Liked: Great location, nice appearance, great (but pricey) breakfast.
Disliked: Front desk staff not very friendly and didn’t ‘own’ issues or requests. When we checked in we were given an already occupied room (although they did give us credit for their mistake).

Good enough but expensive given...

Liked: The watercolours and some of the front desk staff were great, food was super tasty. the lounge area in the lobby is very comfortable and smart with access to outlets. the hot tub is awesome. gym looked incredible.
Disliked: the wifi was a bit confusing - i chose 'free wifi' but it was worded weird so I wasn't sure it would actually be free. Also, no microwave in the room was disappointing, couldn't heat up leftovers. Last, the 'heated' pool was too cold. Since the pool area is shaded all the time, this needs to be warmer to really be a heated pool. The room 'cleaning' was not great, barely wiped surfaces.
