Disliked: The service and the front desk.. so not helpful!

Great service and location but...

Liked: The placement of the pool gets no sun so we were very disappointed that sunning wasn’t an option and had to pay the service fee anyway

Pleasant Stay, But be Aware...

Liked: Location, location, location! Blocks away from Little Italy and the waterfront with loads of restaurants and attractions. Restaurant and bar (rooftop bar wasn’t open when we were there) and the best gym in a hotel. Our room was very quiet even though we were next to the elevator. Honestly, except for our room assignment, it was a great stay.
Disliked: I reserved a king room through Booking.com, but when we opened the door to our room on the 15th floor, we discovered a double queen room. Thinking it was an error by the front desk, we went back down to reception. We were told we were “bumped” because we booked through a third party. So my confirmed reservation was not honored by the hotel. Unacceptable business practice! I didn’t back down, reaching out to Booking.com and hotel management, but we were never switched to a king room. The hotel did reduce the nightly rate and waived the resort fee. They didn’t “make it right” but they made the pill easier to swallow.

Liked: Great Hotel
Disliked: I was not provided with my invoice at checkout due to a system outage. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the staff showed little concern once I had left the hotel. I needed the invoice to justify my work expenses, and the lack of support has been extremely disappointing.
