Exceptional

Close to Little Italy good,...

Liked: Location good, only restaurant available was freezing because open to the outside at ceiling level. Food choice limited, but what we had was decent. Rooms and service were great!
Disliked: One restaurant was closed and only one available was open at the ceiling level so was freezing cold…. Also, didn’t expect all the add on costs such as destination fee, $65 parking etc….

Trendy boutique hotel close to...

Liked: Excellent location and walking distance to Little Italy. The property has a rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this property again!
Disliked: Service at the rooftop bar can be a little slow. I believe this is a staffing issue.

Liked: Location in Little Italy was good. Also there is a 7-Eleven convenience store just one block up. The cleaning staff were professional and patient
Disliked: 1) Initially charged more than the rate I obtained at Booking.com2) Badly sealed shower door that caused the bathroom floor to be flooded every time I showered3) No handheld shower4) Noisy bathroom air vent5) No glasses for drinking water - just silly light plastic cups that fall over when you pour water in
