Very good
Liked: Very courteous at the desk, however when I called the first time weeks ahead to make requests for a room change to a first level floor and ask for a microwave I was told no. Then I called two days before and had reached a very helpful courteous person to assist me. My request was to have a first floor room so I would not disturb other guest when I got up early. I was awake between 12-3 and left at 3 in the morning. The checkin was very pleasant, but the smellOf cigarette smoke was throughout the property.

Nice hotel close to lake...
Liked: Big suite room with nice kitchen, a nice indoor pool and great value for money restaurant.
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean and we missed bath towels and it took 24h to get it fixed but we got a 50$ coupons at their restaurant to compensateur the disagreement.

Disliked: Our room smelled smoky. Everything looks really old and outdated. We had to go to the sister property down the street to check in.

Passable
Liked: The location to family. Although more separate from the RV area than thought and very far and inconvenient to use the actual facility amenities which were in the casino attached hotel. Which would have suited my needs better I think.
Disliked: The room was located the fastest end right by ice machine and snack dispenser. Which served as an area for all the laundry to be done by staff right out door and evening other guest smoking area. Needless to say not a good vibe.
