stay was good except for...

Liked: room was nice, bed was comfortable. I like the indoor pool & hot tub
Disliked: the food in the restaurant ( maggies or katies??? ) was awful this time! I have eaten there before & was very good but the dinner was really bad. veggies were cold, steak had NO flavor. very disappointed.

Liked: Staff very helpful, friendly, accurate. Bell carts available both in and out. Clean room bed bathroom floors, windows, furniture, friendly staff all encompassing. Will stay again. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Being charged without a confirmation...

Disliked: I was doubled charged for one night! I ended up staying 2 nights and was charged for 3 nights.

I throughly enjoyed my stay...

Liked: I was there to visit my 91 year old Mom in a rehabilitation facility after a bad fall. It was only about 10 minutes away by car. The people their are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was handy and the food was good. I will stay their again.
Disliked: I found the parking inconvenient at times since it is shared with the Casino.
