So Happy with Our stay....

Liked: Hotel staff were really friendly. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast selection was great as was the staff in the breakfast room. The swimming pool was brilliant we loved it. We had dinner in the hotel and it was lovely and the staff worked really hard to accommodate every need. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and suited my son’s needs. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing, we liked everything.

Liked: Leisure facilities, pool and location are perfect.
Disliked: Reception staff are friendly, however having raised a complaint the door lock mechanism was not installed correctly and failed to lock - staff did not accept this word of mouth. The door would not lock the four days we were there - we could have complained a second time to be moved, rather the question is why twice.On check in Reception staff failed to inform of the Bistro separate menu opportunities and amenities to be availed of - our 4th day we were informed by bar staff as to why we were not having breakfast in the Bistro - unaware this was an option to explore. A bit of proactive questioning on amenities and effort with pushing any complaints is required where necessary - not a 4* service experience unfortunately to that end, albeit all staff were lovely for our week's stay.

Liked: The staff were very nice, the nicest staff in the service industry i have met in a long time. I couldn't say I met one staff member from when we arrived until we left that wasnt nice ... The food was very good both evening meal and breakfast.
