You could not tell that this was a dog friendly hotel.

Good location and a good...

Liked: The outdoor pool was awesome--so much more comfortable than indoor pools, and it was really warm! The hot tub was great, too, and super warm.Our room was quiet, clean, and the bed/bedding was very comfortable.The breakfast buffet was pretty good; pancakes or waffles would take it to the next level.
Disliked: I had the fish and chips in the restaurant and didn't think it was really worth the price.

Liked: Breakfast was below average. Location was good.
Disliked: Almost everything. The staffs clearly doesn’t have any idea what they are doing. They showed unprofessionalism throughout the entire visit. The staffs clearly doesn’t know which room is for whose name. One of my friends got damage fine because of mere dropping on the bed sheet. The manager told us that they are losing revenue for the bed sheet only. I mean this is outrageous. Never going to recommend anyone about this hotel. Overall 1 star.

Liked: They did well in housekeeping everyday. Nice outdoor swimming pool.
Disliked: Breakfast can add some more varieties.

Liked: Very comfortable and spacious room, with a great view from the 6th floor. The dinner on our first evening was very good value and good quality
Disliked: Breakfast let's it down: no healthy cereal options; food had been hanging around for a long time; cheap sliced bread had obviously been manhandled by other guests.
