I will never stay here...

Liked: I really love the staff. Very nice and friendly.
Disliked: I didn’t like the rooms. They were very old out dated and the bathroom set up was horrible. I have toddlers so I still have the wash them up. The door swung open towards the tub so it made it very difficult to wash my kids up. The tub had a yellow ring around it & mold under the soap dish. The last day of our stay my mother in law ceiling started leaking in the bathroom. I will never stay here again. For the price I would rather stay further down town. Also make sure when you book you have a room that’s not facing the skating ring. There was a performance everyday of our stay that woke us up.

Expensive regret - go elsewhere!

Liked: Kid friendly - enjoyed ways beach access and the restaurants inside the hotel.
Disliked: The staff was rude. The female bartender outside was particularly horrific; she was swearing and acted like she had better things to do than take food orders. She only called out orders to one side of the bar while the music was blasting, causing us to miss our name being called. We only realized our food was ready when she rudely shouted, “Someone better get their f****** nachos.” If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left at that moment. Her behavior was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for someone in customer service.Additionally, the main elevator was down, forcing around 200 people to use just one elevator or carry their belongings up the steps. The staff also gave us the wrong key back twice, which meant we had to get new keys made just to access our room.Outside the hotel, staff members responsible for greeting and unloading were overheard bragging about stealing from unlocked doors and cars. One of them even said, “I’m a proud thief; half these people have too much to even notice a little missing.” This overall attitude from the staff ruined our experience at the hotel.It’s very disappointing because the hotel has the potential to be great. It could use some updating and a fresh design, but the poor attitude of the staff overshadowed those possibilities. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Do not stay here. Ridiculous...

Liked: The only good thing about this property was that it’s beach front and had a parking garage.
Disliked: It took an hour to check in because the card that paid for the room was an old card that expired and the new card didn’t match the numbers on the file, the staff was highly unprofessional during the check in and we couldn’t pull the information up on our phone because the WiFi didn’t work at all, so we had to go to our car and use our data to find the bank statement. We also had to use our data in the hotel room the entire stay because it wouldn’t load anything with the WiFi connected. One elevator was out and it took 5+ minutes for everyone to get to their floors with one elevator to 11 floors, when you have giant items that can’t easily be carried up and down the stairs it was annoying waiting for the elevator to finally get to your floor then being completely full so you’d have to wait again. There was no AC on the floor and the one in the room barely worked, said it was on 60 but barely released air, we had our blinds closed the entirety of our stay and it was still hot. We tried to order some food and drinks at the bar outside, sat there for 15 minutes then just got up and left. We had people recommend this hotel to us saying it was an amazing stay but that’s not the case anymore. I read reviews saying the hotel isn’t like it used to be and has gone downhill tremendously, I know every hotel had bad reviews but from people recommending the place we decided to try it. I had really high hopes for this hotel considering the photos and how much we paid but I will confidently say don’t stay here or it’ll be a headache of a stay.
