Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: We were not able to use the pool because it was freezing cold. Apparently their pump broke. We were right above construction and listened to grinding until 7pm, absolutely nothing to do inside the hotel. Give shop was closed also

Liked: It was convenient to everywhere. The carousel is so beautiful in the inside.
Disliked: It was nice and clean comfortable. The staff was nice.

Would not stay again

Disliked: The walls are absolutely paper thin. Someone’s alarm was going off for hours right beside us and it sounded like it was in our room. The whole reason we booked this hotel in March was for the indoor pool. There was no warning that the pool was closed for renovations. We also found a cockroach in our room. When we brought all of this up to the front desk staff asking for a refund on our last night they refused and only offered to move us rooms.
