Liked: the staff is welcoming. the location is great, very close to old town, and to the promenade. yet not in the heart of it.
Disliked: too noisy. our room faced the entrance and though it seemed a quiet street, it was still noise at times during the night.room service was too basic and tasteless.

Liked: Gorgeous boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet corner just a short walk to amazing restaurants/bars! Beds were amazing! Like sleeping on clouds and the free mini bar was great too!Restaurant served amazing food and the drinks were perfect! It was our 36th wedding anniversary and the hotel spoilt us by giving Prosecco and beautiful homemade chocolates on arrival.
Disliked: The only thing and its a personal preference is that there is no private bathroom! Abit chilly on exiting the shower! oh and no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, you had to ring up for it. Was included in the room price and was quick but I like to make my own!
