Wonderful experience worth a second...

Liked: Very helpful and friendly people. Centrally located hotel. Still very quiet and friendly environment without traffic or bustle from the city. Excellent beds and pillows.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed. The pool was rather small. And we hoped there had been a fitness room.

Liked: Central location, completely mini bar with soft drinks and coffee to the room!
Disliked: Breakfast was standard - more selection with granola, fruit and Greek yogurt.

A perfect stay in Valencia!

Liked: Caro Hotel met our expectations in every way. The staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was very clean, modern, and spacious, with thoughtful design and plenty of comfort.We loved all the luxury touches and in-room amenities, especially in the bathroom. Being able to order coffee each morning was a lovely perk, and the complimentary minibar was a great bonus.

Unbeatable location, beautifully designed

Liked: Fantastic location, beautiful design, blending modern and sleek architecture with historic ruins, helpful staff
Disliked: Onsite restaurant was closed for renovation, extra cot that we requested was broken

We would stay again as...

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful. The free tea and coffee was a great touch.
Disliked: The noise from the adjacent school was a bit annoying and the bathroom needs some hooks in the room.

Liked: I was upgraded and the room was fantastic. Breakfast was nice but maybe a bit overpriced. The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing break for walking in the heat and served a a great base. Parking was very convenient. The staff was great with plenty of recommendations. Very attentive staff
Disliked: Price was a bit high but in the it was worth it for the location, comfort, and helpfulness of the staff
