Located on the edge of the Carnoustie Golf Links Championship Course the Carnoustie Golf Hotel is less than 656 feet from the sandy beach. A heated indoor pool sauna steam room and gym are all available in the leisure center. The Burnside Course and the Budden Links are also within the Carnoustie Golf Glub. Carnoustie Rail Station is a 5-minute walk away and Dundee Riverside Airport is 30 minutes' drive away. Local produce is served in the Calders Bistro which has views across the golf course. Guests can relax with a drink in the Carnoustie Golf Hotel's casual Calders Lounge or enjoy the views on the terraced seating area. Our carnoustie treat .

Liked: The overall experience.Great atmosphere.Very comfortable large room.Worth the extra.Bed and pillows are great.Facilities great ..Location excellent.Views from room .. the best..Breakfast very good.Menu good.Specials very good.The chicken dish could be reviewed.As mash poor. And veg so so.The rest of the menu we tried was good.Would love to come back.A good venue for a family get together.Dog friendly And children friendly too..
Disliked: Only one chicken dish in the evening menu. Was poor. Mash poor and veg The chicken was delicious...All else excellent

Classic Hotel & Location

Liked: Lovely hotel and location, having a balcony overlooking 18th Green was a special treat
Disliked: Room was a bit stuffy without AC or fans, opening balcony door wasn't an option due to noise outside

Excellent Place to Stay and...

Liked: Great room overlooking eighteenth green of The Championship Course. Received excellent customer service when booking a round of golf. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: No refrigerator in room, and no safe. Scratching my head on that one!
