Liked: Overall room was clean
Disliked: I was extra charges for my 4 years old daughter 40pound extra as they says to me she is tall??!! On website bed for kids is mentioned as a free!!.On my final bill wasn't this charge visible.. Kitchen was disaster waiting time for spaghetti 2h.then gave me penne. Staff argued as I did wrong order and chef not doing spaghetti carbonara only bolognese ??!! I asked them for Bolognese then they bring me carbonara.Breakfast - no table full booking.dinner - no tables full booking.They finally found for us table after another 2h.waiting came food we have been so tired.I recommend order only room service with food.no sitting downstairs.overall happy I was only one night.Never ever.

Superb

Liked: A trip with my 10 year old grandson we loved the pool , lovely staff in the restaurant ( esp Louise ) so well looked after and tasty food
Disliked: No negatives really maybe a little pricey for the accommodation which is a little bit dated and poor view
