Great hotel and staff.

Liked: The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and accommodating and helped ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The location is a short block away from the subway and convenient for walking to the theater district.

The highest compliment; I'll plan...

Liked: Very comfortable bed, incredibly quiet for a hotel room in Manhattan, convenient to Carnegie Hall, generally great location!
Disliked: The coffee wasn't very good from the automatic machine in the lobby, nor was there a coffee maker in the room. My wife and I are addicts.

This hotel is a great...

Liked: Room decor/facilities fine; Quiet; bed very comfortable; breakfast Way better than standard 'continental'; evening/24-hour snacks nice; staff very friendly/attentive, allowed early check-in; location great.
Disliked: Room size a little smaller than expectation, esp. given price--but manageable; TV controls unintelligible, and staff didn't clarify things well.

Liked: It was a great location and the room was clean and nice.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better.
