Good

Liked: The room was compact but very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the stainless steel shower tray was really hygienic. The location is ideal, being a short walk from the train station and Union Square.
Disliked: Not terrible, but I found the breakfast to be only OK. It could have been better. I felt that the quality of the sausages and black pudding weren't that great, but they were well cooked and there was plenty of food on the plate.

Liked: Even in their new circumstances the hotel could not have been more helpful and considerate to our needs.Staff are brilliant 👏 Well done Elaine and your staff.We'll be back.

Great Location & Staff were...

Liked: The location was brilliant. I had a hospital appointment which was very easy to get to as the bus stop was a quick walk down the road.Lots of Shops & large shopping malls.Transport was easy & regular.
Disliked: The doors did not close slowly as the hinges just let the doors bang as the shut. That was annoying.People do not think of others when they are coming in & out.
