Not good.

Disliked: We’ve stayed here 5 times and liked it but not this time (4/19-4/20). We were on ground level with cars and pkng lot outside our window, no natural light, laminate flooring that looked and felt cheap, run-down bathroom, dirty window seat cushion, lots of noisy neighbors until 2am and again starting at 7am with yelling/screaming kids. We felt like we were at a Motel 6 or a Days Inn. For $400, 3.5 mi outside of Carmel-by-the-Sea, it was way, way too expensive. No value for money this time.
