Great place! Really enjoyed it.

Liked: Limpio. Súper cómodo. Hermosas instalaciones.
Disliked: El desayuno termina a las 10 am!!! Debería extenderse.

Great for what it is...

Liked: Stayed here when they moved the course for the Big Sur Marathon. Couldn't beat the location! Right across the street from the start & finish lines!!!
Disliked: Our room was right next to the parking and the walls were thin. We heard people walking, voices, doors closing, car alarms, cars locking... *Everything*... Which made it rough for an early marathon start time. If you need solid sleep, bring earplugs!

Liked: The room was bright and clean, the linen's fresh. Large windows with functional blinds.
Disliked: The shower head was leaking from the connections. The body wash was not working.

Superb

Liked: Great stay for 4 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. It was spacious and the large window allowed a lot of light in during the day (although we werren't there much). It is conveniently located next to some good restaurants.
Disliked: Coffe pot needed a severe cleaning. It was too nasty to use.

Would definitely stay there again...

Liked: It was conveniently located. Also comfortable bed. Staff was very accommodating. Happy hr was great also.
Disliked: Wish the hotel offered a free bottle of water for each guest and we could just refill it.

We had looked forward to...

Liked: Great location, lovely landscaping and pool area.
Disliked: Bad WiFi for which there was an extra charge. If you’re going to charge for WiFi needs to be high quality high speed. Room was not well designed. One window that looked out into a busy pathway so shades needed to be closed 24/7 so no natural light, dark and uninviting room. No rugs or floor coverings. Mismatched, uncomfortable furniture. Just not a cozy or inviting room. Bathroom had a single overhead can light so no light in shower and your face always in shadow over vanity, difficult to style hair or apply makeup. Weekend we stayed was weekend of Big Sur marathon, beginning and ending point at hotel. Staff had no info about marathon and how it would affect guests. Woken at 5am by loudspeakers, no warning.
