A disappointing stay

Liked: The location was good, although when we walked around the old town in the early evening it was completely dead with hardly any signs of life.
Disliked: The room was not clean, with dirty marks on the carpets and around the basin. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were partly dislodged with a large hole. Overnight a cockroach appeared in the bath, which put us off using it! On checking out I mentioned this to the lady at reception and she was very dismissive. Breakfast was very basic.

Don’t do it.

Liked: Location was good. Front desk guy was great. He was the only one we saw manning the front desk in our 48 hour stay.
Disliked: Room was filthy. My wife cut herself on the bed frame. The beds weren’t comfortable.

I would go back if...

Liked: I really liked the staff. They made the stay better! Everyone I interacted with was so kind and pleasant

Facilities need more attention considering...

Liked: Location to what we were in town for. And the young man at the front desk - was FANTASTIC. I give him a 5/5.
Disliked: We came as a group. The first room I was given , the door did not shut nor lock. Another room had a leaking fridge all over the floor and mildew smell throughout . Ultimately our entire group was uncomfortable and left for another hotel nearby.
