Superb

Liked: Well maintained, very clean, very comfortable, and great breakfast. Good location if you want a less touristy feel, quick and easy transport.
Disliked: Parking at 28 Euros per night is unreasonable when that's about 40% of the total cost of s nights stay. Find alternate parking; we only paid 6 Euros per night, but we did have to Uber back from the lot, which was about 6 euros.

Liked: Close to transport connections and town center. Supermarket just across the street. Reception open 24H
Disliked: Only three parking lots for 29 rooms, so do expect to use some time hunting a parking lot if you arrive by car.

Good

Disliked: The big window in our room didn't have curtains and it was very noisy. We could hear everything our neighbours said.

Liked: Excellent hotel, good location, breakfast was exceptional, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room and facilities were excellent.
Disliked: Nothing. We could not fault the hotel

A small but elegant hotel.

Liked: This small hotel is simple and elegant. They care for a lot of details，especially in the room.Room and bathroom are clean..nice furniture
Disliked: Some rooms face the main tram road may hear a bit of the quirky sound but bearable.

Lovely stay!

Liked: Had a lovely stay, our room was huge! Staff were amazing and nice selection for breakfast. Tram stop just outside hotel.
Disliked: TV channels maybe need looked at as couldn’t get picture with English speaking channels.

A lovely, classy hotel.

Liked: Apart from the initial young girl on reception who wasn't very friendly, and actually quite miserable, as well as the lad at breakfast who never smiled, (he had good manners though) the staff were great; warm and helpful. One of the breakfast girls the first three mornings was stunningly beautiful, with a personality to match! The lady on reception most days was also very nice, warm and helpful.The room was lovely. I was very pleased with the standard of the hotel as a whole.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet didn't offer very much for Vegans at all. One morning there were beans, which was good, but these alternated with some grey vegetable stodge, which I had no idea what it was. You had to ask for a little jug of oat milk, and the bread probably wasn't suitable, so I took my own.
