Liked: The Staff were excellent, efficient and very friendly. The decor was lovely. The room was lovely and spacious.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The hotel is centrally located very nice and clean and the staff is wonderful. Although the room is very dark with very few outlets, and the breakfast was sparse for the price.
Disliked: Not a lot outlets or light in the hotel room

Good hotel in downtown Haarlem

Liked: Room was very clean and spacious. Everything was fine. Room has all necessary accessories.Bed was comfortable. There were extra pillows (firmer ones) which we used. Staff was ok, although we didn't have many interactions. Cleaning staff was very polite.Good location. Calm and good area.Right next to park (although it was closed off completely due to an event).Close to centre (10 mins walk). Hotel easy to reach by car. However we didn't use the parking, so cannot comment.
Disliked: More traditional/older furniture and fittings. Some items can be modernised. There could be some better coffee, tea, as well as larger tea cups in the room. There were only small espresso cups. Walls are a bit thin - so it was a bit noisy hearing guests walking in the corridor/rooms etc. The room was a bit warm. By balcony, we imagined by the pictures of the room something where would have some chairs to enjoy a coffee/tea in the morning/evening with some more comfort. It's only to stand with a glass fit-out. This was ok for us for a short stay as the town and the surrounding nature are lovely to explore.
