Liked: Location is good. Appearance of hotel is not good, thought we had got the wrong location compared to the photos online. Didn't stay for breakfast.
Disliked: From walking into the corridor there was a strong smell of cannabis. Walking into the hotel room itself was a cloud of cigarette smoke on opening the window there was cigarette ash all over the window sil. Very outdated dust and spiders all over. Television was partly hanging off the wall no wires connected. Bed was wet through under bedding. Toilet was blocked. Bath and shower was dirty with hairs all over base of bath and taps.

Disliked: Building work being done directly above my room that started at 8am! They lied and blamed “guests fixing something in their room”The there was drilling that prevented me catching up on needed rest at 4pm.On investigation I found Bob the builder hard at work!!! Definitely not a guest!I had to leave as I did not need another nights interrupted sleep.No refund, no partial refund, just pure lies.

Disliked: No bed sheet, stunk of weed as was smoking it inside the room next to us and 1 small towel

Liked: The staff were very friendly and nice.
Disliked: No breakfast was available as the kitchen was not running (this was not explained when booking). The room had a really bad smell of smoke as I entered. The bathroom was clean but full of mould, and the toilet roll holder seemed to have been broken off as it was not there. The bed seemed clean, but the walls were full of marks and holes. It was so hot I wanted to open the window but they were so dirty I didn't really want to touch them. I was unexpectedly woken up at 1am, 3am, and a third time at about 5am by people being loud in the hallway. I think this was due to thin walls. The door to the room did shut and lock but didn't seem very safe.
