Happy as Usual

Liked: This is our 7th stay here at Carlton Oaks. I love this place. It's conveniently located by the lakes which is why we come here usually. The staff is nice from the office to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was excellent as well. My kids truly enjoyed it.
Disliked: The only thing I am not too excited about is the carpet in the rooms. It's seems to be a bit worn and spotted and the lighting by the bathroom sink was dim. Other than that I love Carlton Oaks

Disliked: The overprice of the rooms the unavailable of staff and the archaicnot updated rooms but patio nice

Liked: Staff very friendly and kept facilities in great shape
Disliked: Some buildings should be update or replaced

Liked: Cleanliness, and staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The sliding door did not have a working lock, unable to secure the door from opening from the outside. Phone did not have any directory to call the office. Had a tough time turning the tv on in the living room.

Liked: It was an excellent stay. Everything was comfortable,and very clean. I will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Needed a microwave in the room. Needed more lighting.

Great location and better value...

Liked: Beautiful location, plenty of amenities and interesting places nearby.
Disliked: A microwave would have been nice.

Liked: How big, spacious and clean it was. Had some pots and pans with silverware and a full kitchen without a dishwasher.
Disliked: Nothing really honestly
