I spent two weeks there...

Liked: The extremely friendly and funny landlord takes great care to provide all the comforts during your stay. The ideal location means you can get everywhere on foot, but on the other hand, you still feel like you're living outside the hustle and bustle that characterizes the city center.
Disliked: Everything was ok.

Liked: Clean. Basic. Ciaran was very helpful with our young son’s dietary preferences!! Three cheers to him.

Very old fashioned.

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: Room very cramped. Difficult to get round. Mouldy net curtains. No hooks for towels. A large towel each and only one hand towel. Radiator rusty. Step into bathroom of about 1 inch, extreme trip hazard. Breakfast was included, however paid 10p per person per day. Odd.

Liked: Everything important was very good: clean, comfortable bed, warm welcome

Good value friendly stay.

Liked: Great breakfast. Good shower. Clean in all areas. The bedroom was very warm but thankfully there were openable windows in the bedroom and the ensuite. We managed to get one of the property's 3-4 off-road parking spots. Would stay again.
Disliked: Slightly noisy floorboards above our room would be our only complaint.
