Liked: Very friendly staff, very spacious room with a big terrace and the metro stop is literally a stone throw away.

Disliked: No shelf in bathroom for toiletries. Breakfast very expensive

Disliked: Wifi setup. One has to have a phone number to get wifi connection and that too only on one phone device. Non phone devices such as a laptop or an ipad cannot be set up on the hotel wifi as each device needed a separate phone number.

Liked: Charming property with well furnished rooms. Convenient location next to metro station to go to the port Ouchy or Old Town to check out the Lausanne Cathedral.
Disliked: Need a concierge to help with information about the city as well as local dining and traveling related questions.
