The Carlton was wonderful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if we were in town again. The rooms were beautiful, the jetted bath tub was fabulous and the bed was super cozy. Definitely going back!

An Oasis of Charm After...

Liked: We stayed at The Carlton for just one night after a long 12-hour drive from Oregon. The hotel is a delightful blend of old-world elegance with modern comforts. The tasteful decor was a welcome change from the generic chain hotels we had endured the past few days.Best overall for us - We didn’t have to drive to a restaurant for dinner since great restaurants are within easy walking distance (1-2 blocks) - We highly recommend Mr. Q's.The Carlton's perfect location, combined with its charming atmosphere, made it the perfect stopover.

It’s really weird.

Liked: It’s different than most hotels. No polished corporate feel, unique place, lovely people.
Disliked: Bizarre place. It was clearly luxurious once, now it’s nice, opulent, but kind of a shell. Even though there are people there it feels empty.
