Liked: The hotel is in a great location to the airport and the shuttle bus is absolutely fabulous. The room was big the bed very comfortable and the bar and restaurant was brilliant. The breakfast was buffet style hot and cold with waiter service for hot drinks. Our trip to Dublin was brilliant and the hotel made the trip even better.
Disliked: Couldn’t fault anything

Liked: Close to airport was the reason we chose it
Disliked: We had a late hotel shuttle pickup after midnight, and the driver was noticeably out of sorts, made it very clear he wasn't going to assist with the luggage. He opened the rear door and then just stood back as my wife and I loaded several heavy suitcases ourselves without any offer to assist at either the airport, or the hotel. The shuttle was supposed to be a 10 minute wait from when we rang the hotel, but arrived about 40 minutes later at near 1.00am. We had advised the reception prior to flying of the intended pick up time, and were advised this would not be an issue and would only be about a 10 minute wait.

Very comfy

Liked: Good location for the airport, the shuttle took minutes. Room was spotless, bed was comfy, breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Little pricey, especially since the location isn't great. It is clearly an airport/conference hotel.The bathroom, compared to the room, felt like it was due a remodel.
