Liked: Convience of location because I had to drop my daughter for early morning flight to Australia
Disliked: Rudeness and arrogance of man behind reception checking in and the way he spoke in the lobby to my daughter if was there when he said it he wouldn't say it again she told him lift was stuck he barked at her lift is not stuck even girls in reception looked afraid of him

Nice hotel except for the...

Liked: Staff was nice. Room was big and restaurant was good. Airport shuttle was good.
Disliked: The bed in our room was so old. It squeaked and sagged in the middle. So soft and just warm out. Wish we would have tried the bed before we went to bed as we didn’t want to change rooms at that point. Luckily it was only one night but didn’t sleep well.

The staff were not friendly....

Liked: Facitilies were well maintained
Disliked: No pool

Liked: That it was close to the airport and had shuttle service to the airport as part of the price of the hotel
Disliked: The pillows were kind of very stiff.
