Liked: Everything was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was great and the hotel was very close to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel

Dream vacation family resort!

Liked: Perfect location! Rooms are spacious with everything you could need and want! We love the new renovations too! Pool was fun and basketball court for the kiddos! Third time visiting and keeps getting better every time!
Disliked: Maybe include a continental breakfast…this would be amazing!

Liked: The room was nice and the view from the room was great.
Disliked: There were ants on the walls and kitchen counters. The popcorn they give complimentary was expired. Our sink in the kitchen started backing up and water started filling up in the sink. The maintenance person came in to try to fix it and after over a hour and 15mins he couldn't fix the issue. Not only that but I was in the middle of cooking breakfast and had to stop cooking because of this issue. So now my food is all cold and we can't even finish celebrating my husband birthday breakfast because of this issue. Then I called the front desk and the lady tells me I can change rooms but it will have the same issue. I couldn't use the sink or dishwasher. I told her so why Change rooms if I'm going to have the same issue. Then they tell me they will have to call a plumber to come back in our room to try to fix the plumbing issue. This was such a inconvenience for us because we couldn't even enjoy our time like we wanted to. They staff didn't bother to make this right for us. Definitely won't be back if its going to be like this. It was a waste of money.
