Ok for 3 nights, but...

Disliked: The result of management expectation for guests to clean and put away crockery etc, is that glasses had fingermarks - there needs to be 100% active quality checks. Vacuuming had been thorough but the toilet had urine smells. The decor was tired and rust and corrosion evident on some metal cabinet corners. A bit more attention to details, ie glasses and toilet, would have made us much happier about the apartment.

Liked: Great location. So close to everything. Comfortable bed. Great outdoor Spa. Kitchen had everything we needed.
Disliked: Unfortunately heating unit for pool wasn't working when we were there. Front desk was not always friendly. Building going on in the street was very annoying at times, but definitely not the fault of the resort!! Would have been very peaceful otherwise.

Disliked: Gym very limited, no weights.Building work started before 7am every morning in neighbouring block.Decorators painting communal areas & smell was very strong.Would be nice to have been informed in advance of noise & painting.

Very comfortable & easily accessible...

Liked: Location! We parked our car in the free parking garage and never used it for the rest of the weekend. Everything was at our fingertips. Very comfortable apartments with everything we needed, including toiletries, a little dishwashing & laundry liquid. (Hate it when they don’t supply this!) And great hot spa, and swim all year round pool. So relaxing!we were twin share so we really appreciated free upgrade to 2 bathrooms!! Thank you!!! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The only small detail we could fault is that the curtains in the second bedroom (with singles) didn’t properly blockout the hallway lighting that is on all night. The light comes through over the top of the curtains and made sleep difficult. Main bedroom is fine.
