Great location and friendly staff,...

Liked: The staff was super friendly, the location was top notch, right on ocean drive with the best view and the room was quite soundproof, we would almost forget we were in such a busy area. Fresh towels and bed everyday and good shower.
Disliked: the breakfast was really minimal; a limited carte menu only, it was tasty and super fast served but the eggs were the smallest portions ever seen... also the eggs come standard with potatos in the morning which is quite heavy and not possible to switch for something else/lighter complementary (like veggies). Super limited add-ons (not even tomato available) and for every add on there was available you have to pay. We were staying there for 11 days and in our opinion it does not offer enough variety for a longer stay. The Airco was very powerful but unfortunately super loud all the time. The bed is very soft and uncomfortable, felt like we were laying in a pit. Beware that it says ''Bikes + Gym complementary'' however this is misleading as the bikes are only for 1 hour.. longer is not possible or you pay a big fine. Also the complementary Gym they don't have a deal with anymore and dont offer an alternative.

Liked: The building and decor was great. The location to strip and beach was excellent.
Disliked: The beds were tiny. The sofa bed was excruciatingly uncomfortable. Ended up with a mattress on the floor. Despite 5 on the listing, had to go to front desk twice for enough linen and towels.

Liked: Nice location. Nice and clean rooms. Nice staff.
Disliked: I reserved two rooms but I had two x $100 reserved on my card even though I only had one reservation. Bottle of water in the bar $20!!! The continental breakfast included was 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon a few cubes of potatoes. American coffee and a glass of apple juice. That’s it!! No bread, no croissants, pain au chocolait, ham or cheese. Cappuccino or latte $6-7 extra, croissants $7.. Not ok in my eyes!!Reset and do it right from the beginning again!!I loved the servers, hostess and breakfast staff.. it’s the management who you needs to replace!!

Disliked: The a/c was extremely loud and the matress was too soft.

Liked: Excellent location.
Disliked: They charge 40 dollars for parking but the hotel is adjacent to a parking block that is only 20 dollars. Rooms are not noise proof at all.
