Disliked: Our view was the alley with dumpster and 7:30 am Saturday pickup . But I am sure there?s not much you can do about that. We had a lovely stay.

Liked: The staff was super friendly...welcoming; approachable; responsive; courteous; obliging/accommodating; genuine. Katie, in particular, is a gem !!!
Disliked: There, in room 330, was some strange intermittent "clicking" through the nights. I could not localize the sound; I could not eradicate the noise. Street traffic and road cleaners and sirens are expectedly part of 'city' stays...that's fine. The upstairs business center is a nice physical setting. Please upgrade the ancient computers though...

Liked: This a beautiful property with lovely large bedrooms and exceptionally clean and easily accessible bathroom facilities. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The price is truly exceptional for the location. I have stayed in hotels around the world in the past for work. This was a visit to play golf with friends and I can emphatically say that this is one of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had. Tip top in every way!! I may become a regular now that I know it?s here!!!
