Cardiff Sandringham Hotel

One night stay at Sandringham...

Liked: Perfect central location. 5 mins from train station and stadium. Excellent welcoming staff. Clean and tidy room. Complementary drinks on arrival and also included breakfast, which was not expected. As well as tea and coffee making facilities, the room included personal touches like bottled water and biscuits. Also included iron and ironing board and also a fan. Just perfect for a one night stop over. Would recommend just for 5* customer service alone. Thank you.
Disliked: The only small minus point is the decor is a bit outdated.

Liked: The room was a good size, very comfortable and had everything you could need. Even though it was really warm, it was not stuffy and the windows could be left open. The bathroom was large. The staff were amazing and so very accomodating it really helped our stay and for this reason I would use the hotel again.
Disliked: The room was a bit tired, but it was fine overall. There is no elevator so if you have cases know you will need to carry them up the stairs. Our room overlooked the street which is rather noisy at night, the windows are not double glazed, so this carries, especially the bollards that talk in the road just outside.

Liked: The staff and location were fabulous just what you need for a short stay in the middle of town
Disliked: Shower wasnt great and the outside noise but thats to be expected with such a central location

Liked: The staff were so lovely, friendly and welcoming. Fantastic location for all the shops, bars and restaurants. Good value for money, would stay here again.
