Liked: The receptionist was lovely, super friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect. It was a little noisy, which didn't bother me, but if you're sensitive to it, then take earplugs with you.
Disliked: You could hear people walking along etc, but that's probably more to do with the age of the building.

Liked: All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and you felt that nothing would be too much trouble. My room was very c clean and everything seemed in good orser. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The facilities in my room were excellent, including a hair dryer, iron and ironing boeard and even a troser press. There was a fan as well as a heater and there were tea and coffee making facilities. Clean towels in the bathroom and all the bedding was lovely and fresh.
Disliked: The only down point is that there is no lift. I was on the 4th floor and it was quite an effort due to my health, to get up the stairs.
