The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety of quality food. The hotel's location is also great, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for a comfortable and convenient visit to the city. I would recommend it to others and would consider staying here again.

Convenient location and relaxed

Liked: Great restaurant and outdoor patio. Lovely food and drink.
Disliked: The bathrooms need updating but were clean

Central, nice

Liked: Clean spacious rooms, nice location. Only downside is the value for money angle. We also had to shell out for overnight parking despite having a family room in the hotel which doesn’t make sense as an add on.

Disliked: Difficult to locate parking areaSignage to the parking facility could be greatly improved.

Superb

Amazing stay in a beautiful...

Liked: Excellent location. We went for a show in the Utilita Arena and it was only a 5 minute walk. It was such a lovely hotel beautifully decorated lounge and the staff were all so friendly.
Disliked: The pillows weren’t as comfy as we like but that’s just personal preference and that’s being picky because we both enjoyed our stay so much.

Disliked: Wasn’t aware there was a carpark until I arrived (having parked elsewhere), making this more clear on website would have been good
