Liked: by the beach
Disliked: was very poor atmosphere, a car alarm went off for 7 hours throughout the night and kept me up all night called the front desk about it and they didn’t do anything about it. paid a lot more than i usually pay cause i expected a nicer experience but really was bare minimum all i smelled was weed and usually i don’t care but it was strong and literally smelled it the whole time the pools were extremely packed the whole time it was non residents too like anyone couldget access in to it idk wasn’t the worst stay but definitely won’t be staying again.

Not what I paid for...

Liked: It was close to the beach.
Disliked: I paid for the resort and thought I was supposed to be staying in the hotel part but I wound up staying at the towers portion. The system was down when we got there and after it was back working the next day we were supposed to get our keys reprogrammed. So when we headed out we went back to the registration office and got them reprogrammed only to leave come back to the rooms just to go back to registration and get them fixed again just to get back to the rooms. I also booked for ocean view and didn’t get that either. I won’t be booking them again

Liked: This is booking they show me different hotel and give me different building. They tell me how to pay extra with festival. I booked the final price and I am must pay 120 difference.

We had a great time.

Liked: We had a great time at the property. The property is very large and well organized. Moe at the registration desk was very helpful and polite. A lot of people knew him by name that is always a good sign. There was also a young guy in the eating establishment RJ’s I can’t remember his name but he was very helpful and polite. The chicken wings and grilled chicken sandwich were really good.
