Disliked: we don have nothing to say for us everything was great, at the check in time it was a nice person how take a good care of me , he gave me all the information that we need.

Deceitful practices

Liked: We were on the ground floor
Disliked: Booked to stay at the caravelle resort, instead we were placed in the St. John's inn which is a completely different motel across the street. I'm assuming it is owned by Caravelle. None of the pictures in the booking showed this facility which is in poor condition. My daughter had to kick the bathroom door in because I got trapped inside. The shower could not be cut completely off so it kept us up with the noise. House keeping was non existent. As far as toiletries, there was 1 small peice of facial soap and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. I booked this place based on what was advertised for me and my 3 children. Had to walk across the road in order to get to the splash pad and beach access. This booking was intentionally deceptive. I would not have chosen to stay at this place and there was no way to get a refund.

Liked: I like that they did try to accommodate one of the requests I made for my handicapped husband. I had requested they put us near an elevator and they did that.
Disliked: I had requested a handicapped room if possible. I was set to bring his shower chair so he could bathe. I told Caravelle I needed a handicapped room and they assured me they would supply a grab bar and a shower chair, that I would not need to bring one. That never happened. So I called them and left a message, they did not answer or return my call. Needless to say, my husband could not use the shower while we were there.

Worst hotel experience and this...

Liked: Nothing at all. The door handle to . was not theyredo it was hard to open the door. The bathroom switch it wa s timed turn dial like a kitchen timer. You aren't even able to smoke a cigarette outside on your personal
Disliked: Woke up to go to the bathroom and when the light turned on there were cockroaches running astound!

Liked: Called front office repeatedly till got a answer the Internet cables that connect to wall was ripped apart no no Internet for TV for the kids no blankets just sheet like material cover balcony doors didn't lock we were on top floor with a autistic child so had to stay on top him and barracaid door with furniture rented suit to swim pool was closed and that's what my child found fun in

Disliked: Though I was staying at the Caravelle. Was put in st John's across the street. Not a resort feeling at all. Very dated and no daily maid service.
