Liked: I had a great experience with the front desk clerk, Travis. He was amazing and very good at his job. Very helpful and friendly. He would be the only reason I would stay again if I could deal with him, nice guy who let me vent my frustration without judgement or negative comment. Room was nice and clean, could use some updating maybe more outlets for cell phone watch, electronic devices, USB, C, Etc.
Disliked: I booked with booking.com and found out about extra fees after I booked. I tried to cancel, booking said they put in a request to the hotel, but never heard back. Called and talked to Travis would said he would leave a note for his manager, she never called, never responded to my request, nothing. So I ended up staying and dealt with Travis, he saved the day. I don't like that they charge a parking fee to guests, I also found out after the fact that they charge a credit card convenience fee. I stayed 2 days but paid 4 credit card fees. They only charged my card 2 times, the fees were around $5. Please be transparent if you have to hide fees somewhere on your website so you can say, it's on our website, but not right up front so customers know exactly what they are paying and why, then you are being shady and not likely to be trusted.
