Liked: Great location and view from the balcony. Isabella was very friendly and welcoming, both before and during the stay. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and the snacks in the room were a nice surprise.
Disliked: Very loud and air conditioning temperamental. Thin pillows and sheets. Only one key, which also controlled electricity.

Liked: The check-in process was very smooth, and although I was worried about the early morning check-out, they took care of it. The large windows and daily cleaning were very pleasant. The terrace with a view of the ocean was also great. I'd definitely like to stay here again. Thank you.

Disliked: Shower drain was slow draining.

Liked: Nice area for the beach. Really good restaurants nearby. Large bedroom with tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge. Friendly staff. Room cleaned daily.
Disliked: A bit too far from the ferry and city area.

Liked: The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly and the location for us was good because we wanted to be near the beach and it was very clean
Disliked: There was no milk for the supplied instant coffee and tea
