Liked: Good location for going to the theatre
Disliked: The sheet on the bed in room 1 wasn’t big enough to cover the bed and left the mattress visible The doors to the dining room and kitchen were left open for breakfast service which meant you could smell cooking while eating your breakfast

Liked: Went for the upgraded room on the ground floor... so no stairs for me!!Room was big, airy and above all CLEAN! Bed comfy and big enough for me (I'm 6' 4"")Nice size TV that (would have) synched with my phone / apps - but didn't need to use it - and a mini fridge in our room as well!!The breakfast the next morning was tremendous - made to order full English!
Disliked: Not so much a gripe - guest house is very well situated for Spanish City area and the few shops / arcades near there, the Playhouse and of course the beach/sea. BUT, it's a lot further away from the town centre - not too much, but just something to be aware of!And if you can, get there for a free parking place just round the corner! Trying to park in the car park nearest the guest house was a nightmare due to faulty software on the firms part... I eventually gave up and circled around again until a free space turned up...

Liked: Great location , fabulous, spacious, bright, nipping clean, very comfortable room with sea view! Maria is a great host and served a delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Wished we could have stayed longer !

Liked: Bed room was lovely nice and big with ensuite shower and toilet. The morning breakfast was a lovely start to the day staff are very welcoming kids loved the American pancakes so much so we took left overs for lunch!
Disliked: The weather which cannot be controlled !

Disliked: Only niggle was the thin dividing wall with the next room and rather noisy neighbours! Only one night tho’ so didn’t spoil my stay.
