I would definitely stay there...

Liked: Location was excellent. It was on the riverfront and right on Beale Street. Two clocks and you were in the heart of Beale St. it was walkable to the Blues and Civil Rights museums, restaurants. The room was modern, well designed and had a great view over the River. Breakfasts were very good. Hotel was nice overall
Disliked: Had to ask a couple times to have my room serviced. They finally serviced it right before I left.

No communication

Disliked: Zero communication text rang emailed and not a single reply over the two weeks prior

Great location and a pleasant...

Liked: There was no breakfast included. We did not buy breakfast at the adjacent Hyatt. The hotel is comfortable, well-located and reasonably priced.
Disliked: Our accessible room was the farthest from the elevator.
