Disliked: I didn’t like the bathroom had hairs in the tub and the sheets had chips and crumbs on it

I will never ever stay...

Liked: Nothing, if i could give no stars I'd do just that it was horrific and disgusting the room was just okay. But the hallway areas, the carpets were wet from the rain you could see the visible mold and smell the mildew throughout the entirety of the resort. I booked for an ocean front but got an ocean view / pool view instead. The staff were just about nonexistent no one around to answer any questions you may have had the smell upon entering the room was a little unpleasant as well nothing smelled fresh and made me a little upset that I had spent so much money for so little quality. The bed also had sand in the prior to us even visiting the beach. I could type so much more but I'll stop there.
Disliked: Everything I feel like the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. The pools could have been more clear. Something could be done better to close the building off from water getting inside getting the carpet wet and also help with the smells within the resort.

Liked: Right on the beach
Disliked: There was roaches in the room. The pools was dirty full of food and hair. No one ever cleaned them. The bartender was so rude and had a smart mouth. The ac didn't work good it was hot the whole time. The bathroom smelled like dirty poop the whole time it was not a good place to stay.

Disliked: My room couldnt get cold at all and felt very humid all day and night. Floor was wet all the time and very uncomfortable. Staff couldn't really help me becuase I booked through a third party.

Disliked: Pool closed too early.

I didn’t realize livable conditions...

Liked: It was on the beach and close to the facility we were at for our national tournament.
Disliked: The extent of construction was not disclosed. Halls were nasty. Had to call every day for clean towels(for a week stay). I did not once see house keeping on our side of the hotel. We were moved to another room after the bathroom above us was pouring water into our room and the property tried to charge my card for an upgrade. Garage parking was always over filled(even though you pay for parking) so you had to park across the street a lug all your belongings across a busy road and up stairs since no proper entry is available due to construction.
