For the price and the...

Liked: Location was great! Check in was easy and easy to locate! Pool was clean and ice machine was handy! Kitchen was well appointed.
Disliked: There was a window AC which wasn't working very well. The two double beds were small and the sheets were worn and polyester although clean.

Very nice place to stay,...

Liked: The location is great. You can watch the sunset from any room in this place. The best rooms are the on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Ground floor rooms have a limited view of 7 mile Bridge. The Sunset grill nearby is a nice place to eat and relax.
Disliked: The only thing that I can say negative about this place is the staff member that greeted me at the check-in. This is my second time staying at Captain Pips and I had the same negative experience with the greeting each time. The person just staring at you when you go into the trailer and approach them to check in. It was a strange experience each time.
