I would say it is...

Liked: I liked how very nice the staff was towards the stay helps us fix the ac when we juts checked in. The pool was very nice . The beds were comfortable and the pillows as well.
Disliked: I would say probably when I walked in the room and looked closer at the furniture there was scratches and chip furniture like the toilet seat and a small part missing the table side bed was scratched up and more detail cleaning it was clean but it did need that detailed on small items. Since was on the top floor the 4th I stayed in a king suite with a loving room the air vent did not reach in the living room where it was hot in there for the ac to enter in

This day was awesome. Great...

Liked: I really like the layout of the room in the hotel itself. Everything is very conveniently located, it was also clean and quiet.
Disliked: I think the only thing I had an issue with was the continental breakfast whenever I went to go get breakfast on my second morning. There was no orange juice no milk. The toaster wasn’t plugged in and she wasn’t able to make waffles. So that was a little frustrating but overall stay was still good.
