Disliked: There was so much noise going on in the room above that we got no sleep. Called front office several times and problem continued all night.

Liked: Clean environment, lots of food option nearby, friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevator was down at the time of visit.

Liked: This is an absolutely amazing place and people working there. We evacuated from the fires in LA and this was the only place in that area who treated us amazingly. Gave us the best rate and waived pet and parking fee due to emergency. Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing location. And we were feeling very safe there. We are very appreciative! Thank you
