Very nice hotel!

Liked: Good location. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful stuff. I recommend!
Disliked: There are no insect screens on doors/windows.

Good stay for a night

Liked: Nice property, good room, huge walk-in shower, friendly, helpful desk staff. Close to restaurants and train station, although we didn't know that when we hired a taxi to get to the hotel. The driver was angry that he wouldn't get a good fare. (If he'd told us how to walk here we would have gladly done it and left him to get a better fare, but....)
Disliked: Got here late and left early, so a short, expensive stay.

Frlendly staff, cool rooms

Liked: It was the best front office experience I’ve had. The guy was so helpful and sincere. My room was great, nothing to complain about

Liked: great hotel , great gym, the staff was kind and very helpfulgiving an extra thank to the woman who checked me in, she went the extra mile , to assist and help me to try get my preferred room, to print my paperwork
Disliked: the water of the bath in my room needs to be checked there was no cold water to mix in turn one side = burn yourself , the other side of the faucet is too hot as wellthere is no cold side

Exceptional hospitality!

Liked: Everything about the apartment was nothing else but exceptional. Right from an early check in which was facilitated by extremely hospitable staffers at the reception desk led by Evelyn till accommodating us for a late check out, our stay here was very very comfortable. The lay out of the apartment is ideal for a family of 4 and the proximity of the property to the Skyline Shopping Mall and a few great restaurants makes this property worth the money that is charged. This is the second time we have stayed in this property while visiting Frankfurt and I can't wait to stay here another time whenever we visit the city.Last but not the least, a big shout out to Evelyn and her colleagues whose warm hospitality and attention to detail and exceptional care for the guests is extraordinary. Thank you Evelyn!

Very good

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Nice large sitting/dining room with separate bedroom. However, the lighting in the living area is really poor. There are not many lights, and they're very dim. Large bed & pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was OK, but I'm not a fan of having to climb into a bath to have a shower. Great water pressure. Breakfast was good, but on our last morning, most of the tables had not been cleared, and some food items had not been replenished with 40 minutes until it closed and people were still coming in. There's a good mall and nice cafes along the street. The city is about a 2.5 km walk.
Disliked: Lack of lighting. The shower was over a bath.
