Liked: Staff were friendly and professional. Room was large and comfortable, with a kitchenette, lounge ,separate bedroom and two televisions and large bathroom. Location is not central, but easily accessible to the city and attractions via tram and bus.

Liked: The breakfast was good they could maybe also add some halaal meats.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that they clean after 3 days and you have to request towels everyday it's hotel and using white sheets rooms must be cleaned everyday. The hospitality people Cleaned the room but left some dishes without washing them was extremely disappointed.

Liked: The location is very convenient. The breakfast is overall good.
Disliked: The premises should be renovated, the furniture of the room and the door jambs in general are damaged or look pretty old, not like in the pictures. The couch and the carpeting were stained and looked like they were never cleaned. The hotel has three elevators but two of them cannot be used for most of the day, so that customers and staff have to use the same lift. I was expecting a four star hotel but the building’s state is very disappointing.

Liked: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was also friendly and helpful. Great variety for breakfast. Room was comfortable. Bed was very comcomfortable. Even though it is not in the heart of the city; It was close enough to walk or a quick walk to public transportation to reach all tourest stuff. I like the local neighborhoodit was in. Gave me an appreciation for the local seen.
Disliked: We visited during a drought. I wish the hotel let us know in advance we could not use the washing machines. I would have pack more clothes.

Disliked: Cleaning every third day we didn’t like and furniture in the apartment is old (wardrobe in living room is old and doors were falling off)

Good value, quiet neighborhood, furniture...

Liked: It was a nice modern facility. Good size, liked the kitchenette. It was a quiet neighborhood, close to Metro stop.
Disliked: The only real issue was the furniture was not comfortable. The bed was hard. We woke up aching every morning. The sleeper sofa was on a permanent slant and also hard. After an active day it would have been nice to relax somewhere more comfortable

Disliked: Faucet at the kitchen sink was so close to the wall it was impossible to open the cold water, bathroom door couldn't be properly closed, damaged furniture, the laundromat was closed due to the drought
