A bit of good and...

Liked: The unit was very nice. It has been completely redone and is very stylish. It was also meticulously clean. The location is very convenient for exploring downtown Moncton.
Disliked: The parking set-up feels very scammy. It is listed as a cost on Booking.com but isn't actually included in the estimated total. Ultimately the cost of my stay was $40 more than I was originally quoted. As this was a business trip this bumped the stay out of my approved accommodation budget. Further the host was unresponsive to my request about extending parking which meant I had to pay for alternative parking elsewhere.Also, please note that while the location is convenient it is also directly adjacent to a working railway crossing. Double decker trains thundered by at 1:30AM and 3:30AM both of which woke me up. If you plan to stay here and. need a good night's sleep maybe request a room at the back of the building.

Great stay, would recommend

Liked: Very modern and comfortable interior, clean and well appointed.
Disliked: The location has pros and cons, great location for getting around town, however, if you are a light sleeper it can be noisy with bars close by and people leaving the bars until 2-3 AM.
