Disliked: Elevator is less than poor for a property with so many rooms. Not much bigger than a phone both. Lights in room looked like never dusted for months-heavy layer of dust on horizontal parts of fittings. Hallway carpet style makes it very difficult to push wheeled type luggage. Should be flat plush carpet. Breakfast service inadequate. No spoons to use with coffee/tea on table just knife and fork wrapped in napkin. Had to get up and ask server for one. While server did stop and ask how food was never came around to offer coffee top ups-better training needed. Highly overpriced for the product being offered. Would not stay again or recommend.

Best place to stay to...

Liked: I chose this hotel as I love the Hilton properties I was not disappointed in fact your hotel surpassed all of my other stays for the welcoming way I was treated beginning with the front desk! The bartender let us take our time even though you close at 9 so we were able to enjoy a meal and have a drink. The next morning we went down for breakfast everything was done perfectly. The waiter (I wish I had asked him for his name) He also was working the night before was wonderful great service and a warm wonderful personality Thank you for a great stay
Disliked: Nothing. Except I ended up paying twice for parking as the outside machine didn't accept the ticket. I will contact the hotel tomorrow as we just got home today and I truly don't expect it to be a problem Wonderful stay

Liked: the staff were all fantastically helpful and understanding, and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable
Disliked: the parking lot had some issues getting in and out, as well as the EV chargers didn't work.

Unacceptable experience—this property should not...

Liked: The location was decent, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended.
Disliked: After a long day of travel, we arrived to discover the elevator was out of service. We were forced to carry heavy luggage up four flights of narrow, carpeted stairs in an old historic building—completely unsafe and unreasonable. Upon finally reaching the room, we found the shower head broken, spraying water in every direction and making it impossible to shower properly. This level of neglect is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Hilton. It was, without question, the worst property I’ve ever stayed at.
