Facility was clean & staff...
Liked: Property parking was hard to find- needed to Check in & then park in public parking lot- parking fee was added to room charges. This would have been valuable/ important information to be aware of before visit. Elevator was out.

Nice older hotel but front...
Liked: The property is older but nice, very comfortable and the location is great. Parking is convenient, right outside the back door. The restaurant is awesome. The beds are great and the shower is superb.
Disliked: Upon arrival to check in, the front desk representative told us the elevator was out of order. We get it; these things happen. Being elderly and fallers though, we objected to being put on the 4th floor in that situation and requested to be put on the 2nd floor. She said she didn't have any open rooms on the 2nd floor but she could give us the name of a hotel across town we could change to. Because it was dark out and cold and snowy, which we are unaccustomed to driving in, we declined that kind offer. She then told us she could put us on the 2nd floor but she was inconveniencing someone else by changing room assignments, even though we were standing in front of her and anyone else pre-assigned to the 2nd floor had yet to arrive and probably didn't even know they were pre-assigned to the 2nd floor. In addition, even though cleanliness in the public areas was spot on, our room was only partially cleaned after our first night's stay and never cleaned at all after nights 2 and 3, even though we brought it to the attention of the front desk after night 1. The beds weren't made, trash not emptied, towels/washcloths not replenished, coffee supplies not replenished, dirty coffee cups remained. They gave us a $40 voucher to use in the restaurant, which was appreciated, but this experience was not what you would expect from a Hilton property.

Clean, friendly hotel in downtown...
Liked: Friendly staff, right downtown, good restaurant, free parking.
Disliked: We had stayed there in part as Hilton Honors member but Hilton points not awarded.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful front desk and cleaning staff. Room is very clean, beds are super comfortable, and the gym is fantastic with great equipment.
