Icky and will not return

Liked: Most of the staff was super nice except the short blond hair female
Disliked: We only had full size beds expected queen, the television was being leveled with a gum wrapper, the bed was smashed down on the side, NO mattress cover it was sheet straight to the mattress the AC wasn’t working right They did change our room but still had full size beds only but at least we had mattress covers and AC the bar kept closing early was never able to get anything AND during evening time unable to get hot water and we had a late check out approved by the front desk and our keys were deactivated at 12pm and we ended up locked out of the room until my daughter got out of the shower

Liked: How big it was and it was the perfect location for everything we were going to do.
Disliked: Nothing really. The toilet was a little finicky at first but we got it working!

Liked: Very pretty inside.
Disliked: Breakfast included was advertised, but the morning I went to get breakfast, I was told it was cook to order only and that I would have to pay for it unless I had a coupon. I didn't know anything about a coupon. I ordered a breakfast bowl and waited 35 minutes for it. A table of four ordered after me and was served before me. Just seemed dishonest.Also, there was no mini-fridge or microwave available in the room.

Disliked: Not clean, water leak in room, amenities like bar and restaurant were all closed down. The charged me for parking which was not mentioned while booking and the parking outside. The garage was closed. There are better hotels close that I should have chosen. Not again!
