Liked: I did not have the breakfast. I don't think it was available when I left. Location is great though, rooms are comfortable. I like the availability of the extra pillows. The USB ports on the lamp next to the bed was very nice and convenient. The staff are always nice when I come in, even though it's late.
Disliked: I don't think the air/heat was working properly in the room I was staying in. I turned it on before I went to bed and it was cold in the morning when I woke up.

Liked: Con- our room wasn't ready in time, we waited an extra hour. Pro- front desk staff was super awesome and gave us complimentary buffet tickets for waiting

Liked: They overbooked and couldn’t accommodate me!!!

Disliked: -Surprise $35 deposit upon check-in-Wasn't informed on check-in that housekeeping must be requested thus room never cleaned during stay-Parking garage not secure and poorly lit

Liked: The design of the hotel Was clearly meant for a much better experience but the management and service is never delivered as expected.
Disliked: There were many things I didnt like. We were given the wrong room. We purchased a double bed room we were given a single queen bed room and there was poop in the toilet that had been there for God knows how long- hours maybe days not what we paid for

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It served the purpose for what we needed.
Disliked: The property was outdated and smelled of mold or a musty smell. The rooms were not ready when we arrived after being promised that we would be able to check in early. The hotel staff gave a room key to another couple and they attempted to get in my daughters room at midnight. Janine at the front desk informed me that she didn't know there was anyone in the room even though we checked in at 3:00pm and was charged incidental fees.
