Liked: The check in lady was very nice, even though when I got in line there were 5 people
Disliked: I was upgraded but given a room with peeling paint and water stains on the ceiling. The cabinet the microwave was on was falling apart.

Liked: I did like a couple of the staff members.
Disliked: I didn’t like the smell. It’s out dated. Nothing worked properly. The beds weren’t comfortable. No microwave or fridge in room. Used rolls of toilet paper and toiletries in room. No good selection for breakfast. Fountain doesn’t work and it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and efficient.
Disliked: The extra $10.00 (unexpected) fee for parking. The extra $50.00 fee for security deposit (not stated by booking.com), the room cleanliness and temperature, the food at breakfast, the tired looking decor, and the overall out-dated appearance of the hotel.

Liked: The pool and location.
Disliked: I had no room key for my stay. We had to be escorted to our room when we needed in. If they were busy we ended up waiting and waiting to get in either our room or the pool. Therefore my 2 year old and 5 year old missed out on time we spent good money on that they could have been having fun instead of waiting around for someone to open our door. Also the pictures online were very misleading. The rooms looked inviting and bright but when we arrived the were dull and dark. The waterfall didn't work in the lobby. Something my children were very excited about. I found a takeout container of leftover food in the drawer of the dresser. This was our mini Vacation since it rained all holiday weekend and we spent more time waiting around and cleaning up then we did being able to have fun.
