Disliked: So I have traveled the world and stayed in all kinds of places so I'm pretty flexible when it comes to all sorts of accommodations. However, this property is in such disrepair and so dirty! The photos are NOT accurate. Also, there is no breakfast offered anymore. I selected the "superior" room because of the look of the brick ceilings and when we went to our room, they were all covered with plywood. But the worst part was I had paid for my room through Booking.com and when I got to the property, they said I had to pay them because Booking.com had not paid the hotel. At that point I was all done.

Disliked: The room smelled like a dead rat, or RAID, we had a leak in the room , and worms were in the water. I have pictures of all of it. The pool was empty and nasty. Why would booking.com offer such resort on their website. Horrible

Disliked: No water in the morning, say the have breakfast but they don't. Staff not trained well, no wifi password until asking. Far from town

Liked: The view was gorgeous and scenery. The hotel was nice and beds were clean. It was away from traffic.
Disliked: There was no water coming out of sink or shower. They allowed me to use another rooms shower which was too hot to shower in. Had to take a taxi and Uber because of the location. Quiet but far from centro. No breakfast and website still shows that there’s breakfast

Liked: The ladies were super nice and welcoming. The older lady was super nice and brought out some wafer cookies for our coffee.
Disliked: The walk from the lobby to the rooms.
