Liked: Clean and quiet Very accommodating and staff was very nice Outside grounds were kept up well
Disliked: Rooms and building needs to be completed. Painted and upgraded Same condition for years as I have stayed multiple times

Liked: Good price and great staff
Disliked: Every wall had a stain or hole. Hall carpet was the same.

Liked: No breakfast? Coffee didn't open until. We left prior to that.
Disliked: Toilet rocked, toilet handle broken, smelled like pot and mothballs, ceiling falling down, bathroom door broken, floors sticky, chair completely worn out. Took pictures. Did not feel safe at all.

Liked: I liked nothing about this hotel. I suppose the location was near where I needed to be. Otherwise a terrible experience.
Disliked: This hotel was by far one of the dirtiest, most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in. I ordered a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. No carpets and filthy floors. My first room was so bad smelling that I needed to request another. To their credit, they put me in a different room for the remainder of my stay. I was happy it did not reek of smoke, but the room was just as dirty, stained, old and run-down as the first. Everything from the beds to the walls, couches, floors, bathrooms, hallways, linens and towels were all filthy, old, stained, broken, and grungy. I've stayed in one or two cheap hotels in my day, but NOTHING compares to how gross the Capital Inn and Suites is.
