Liked: No breakfast? Coffee didn't open until. We left prior to that.
Disliked: Toilet rocked, toilet handle broken, smelled like pot and mothballs, ceiling falling down, bathroom door broken, floors sticky, chair completely worn out. Took pictures. Did not feel safe at all.

This hotel was by far...

Liked: I liked nothing about this hotel. I suppose the location was near where I needed to be. Otherwise a terrible experience.
Disliked: This hotel was by far one of the dirtiest, most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in. I ordered a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. No carpets and filthy floors. My first room was so bad smelling that I needed to request another. To their credit, they put me in a different room for the remainder of my stay. I was happy it did not reek of smoke, but the room was just as dirty, stained, old and run-down as the first. Everything from the beds to the walls, couches, floors, bathrooms, hallways, linens and towels were all filthy, old, stained, broken, and grungy. I've stayed in one or two cheap hotels in my day, but NOTHING compares to how gross the Capital Inn and Suites is.

Disliked: Didn't have screens in my windows

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The room was dirty. The sheets and blanket were dirty. The furniture was broken. The bathroom ceiling was leaking.The bathtub looked like it had never been washed. We complained to the front desk and they changed or room to another dirty room but this one at least had a clean sheet and a non-leaking roof. This room also had a leaking refrigerator
